Position: Development Team Lead
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) following a 3-month initial onboarding period

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manage a team of full-stack engineers
- Set team priorities, oversee delivery schedules, and ensure on-time execution
- Perform code reviews, offer technical mentorship, and guide team members
- Contribute to key technical choices, such as system architecture, tools, and tech stack
- Build, enhance, and maintain APIs, microservices, and related databases
- Connect applications to external systems like networks, search tools, and data services
- Collaborate with trading, product, and operations teams to convert business needs into technical implementations (and explain tech to business stakeholders)
- Engage in business and technical requirement analysis
- Align with company goals and drive their successful delivery
- Assist users through documentation, support tools, and training sessions
- Estimate task durations accurately and deliver projects on schedule
- Produce clean, structured, testable code following industry best practices
- Create and sustain web-based features and bespoke applications
- Guarantee system reliability, performance, and disaster recovery standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years in full-stack software development
- 2+ years leading or managing development teams
- Proficiency in NodeJS, ExpressJS, and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid knowledge of web standards like HTML5 and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
- Capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments and hit deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Prior work in forex or iGaming sectors is a plus
