Job Description
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR Administrator Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information.
