Key Duties

  • Identify properties impacted by planned projects.
  • Conduct landowner outreach and negotiations.
  • Prepare and review easement agreements.
  • Coordinate property surveys and appraisals.
  • Support eminent domain proceedings if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
  • Experience in land acquisition, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of property law and eminent domain processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to read engineering and survey drawings.
  • Amenable to 1 year project-based employment.
