Greeting customers, answering questions about menu ingredients, making recommendations, and handling orders with accuracy.
Operating grinders and commercial espresso machines, performing routine cleaning, and troubleshooting equipment.
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools, seating areas, and restrooms regularly.
Replenishing supplies such as milk, coffee beans, cups, and pastries, and informing management of inventory levels.
Processing payments via POS systems, cash registers, or card readers.
Developing in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing techniques to educate customers.
