Key Responsibilities
Must be able to in the prepare and process of purchase orders (POs) for local and international suppliers.
Must be able to coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing, product availability, lead times, and shipping schedules.
Must be able to track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
Must be able to maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases.
Must be able to liaise with logistics and warehouse teams regarding inbound shipments, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination.
Must be able to verify supplier invoices against POs for accuracy before submitting for payment processing.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
At least 12 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
