  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for clients and staff.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (experience in the travel industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems or industry-specific software is an advantage.
