Plan and coordinate strategic and impact-driven CSR programs aligned with the company's CSR pillars.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support implementation
Maintain documentation for CSR programs, including reports, presentations, and supporting materials
Support basic KPI tracking and inputs for ESG or sustainability reporting
Draft and prepare materials for internal and external communications, awards, and recognition initiatives to raise awareness of CSR and sustainability programs.
Support ESG and Sustainability initiatives where social impact or employee/community engagement overlaps.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Sustainability, or related field.
Coursework or exposure to community outreach or corporate social responsibility is a plus.
0–2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, social impact, development work, or communications support.
Exposure to supporting events, program coordination, or impact reporting is an advantage.
