Technical Lead (High-Throughput Systems & FinTech)
We are seeking a visionary Technical Lead with 810 years of experience to spearhead the development of our high-performance, B2C financial platforms. As a Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and strategic business goals, ensuring the delivery of zero-support, low-latency products.
Backend & UI : C#.NET, WPF, Node.js, Python
Messaging & Cache : RabbitMQ, Redis
Databases : MySQL (Optimized for high-concurrency)
Mobile : Flutter
OS & Systems : Linux/Windows, Kernel basics, IPC, RPC, File Ops
Networking : TCP/UDP, Multicast/Unicast, Network Protocols
Tools : Jira, GitHub/SVN, Postman, ANTS Profiler, GDB, Wireshark
Cloud & DevOps : AWS (Certification preferred), Docker, Containerization
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and develop scalable, high-throughput software artifacts, owning the end-to-end technology roadmap.
- Engineering Excellence: Conduct deep-dive code reviews, performance profiling, and ensure best practices in memory management and parallel programming.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for intergroup coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
- Team Mentorship: Lead an Agile/Scrum team, fostering a culture of technical rigor and timely delivery.
- Domain Focus: Oversee the development of real-time order management, risk management, and market data systems within a subscription-based ecosystem.
Preferred Domain Expertise
We are looking for candidates who have "battle-tested" experience in :
- B2C Product Excellence: Building "zero-support" products where reliability is built into the architecture.
- Financial Markets: Deep understanding of derivatives, market data feeds, and low-latency trading environments.
- Licensing Models: Experience with subscription-based licensing services and digital rights management.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 810 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
- Mindset: A strong customer-centric focus with the ability to translate market trends into technical features.

- System Latency: Maintaining sub-millisecond response times for critical financial operations.
