Process Architect

Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA (hybrid)


This role is posted on behalf of the following client: A well-established architecture and interiors practice supporting commercial and institutional clients across the U.S. The team partners closely with stakeholders from early feasibility through design and delivery, leveraging modern BIM workflows and strong visual communication to drive decision-making.


Role Overview

The Process Architect will support architecture and interiors projects through feasibility studies, concept design, and master planning, with a strong focus on BIM execution and high-quality visualizations. This position requires advanced Revit capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to independently drive multiple concurrent project tasks in a hybrid work environment.


What You'll Do

  • Develop feasibility studies, concept designs, and master plans, supporting project phases from programming through construction documents.
  • Produce high-quality CAD/BIM deliverables in Revit, including technically sound construction documentation.
  • Create 3D visualization imagery to support presentations and facilitate client decision-making; collaborate within multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited school of Architecture and 8+ years of applicable professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with technical knowledge of construction document development; proficient in SketchUp, Navisworks, and Revizto.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently across multiple concurrent projects; strong graphic presentation skills (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign) and proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint, Bluebeam Revu; experienced in construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field observation reports, punch lists); able to work hybrid with at least 2 days/week in-office; U.S. Citizen.
