Advisory: Provide tailored, high-touch training to internal teams to elevate the organization's risk awareness.
Risk Identification & Monitoring
Proactive Discovery: Identify known, upcoming, and emerging risks within Uber Eats, Grocery, and Direct services, providing clear recommendations for mitigation.
Data-Driven Insights: Lead the annual Risk Assessment process and leverage analytics to measure the health of the compliance program.

What You'll Need
Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and High-Fluency English (written and spoken). You must be comfortable translating complex regulatory concepts for global stakeholders and presenting to local leadership.
Sector Expertise: 6+ years of experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Legal Operations, ideally within the technology, marketplace, or high-growth logistics sector.
Global Exposure: Proven track record working within international organizations, with the ability to navigate the complexities of global reporting structure.
