  • Provide strategic oversight for ongoing linguistic projects to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
  • Manage the "Triple Constraint": balancing project scope, budget, and aggressive timelines without compromising linguistic integrity.
  • Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Review project plans, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify, create and document process improvements across the department
  • Lead regular status reviews and executive reporting
  • Build and maintain a proprietary database of vetted linguists located in the Philippines
  • Build and maintain a proprietary database of vetted linguists located outside the Philippines
  • Support project teams in risk management and problem resolution
  • Create, maintain and monitor passive recruitment pipelines for bilingual freelance pools
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, create clear documentation, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Analyze project outcomes and create reports to inform future planning and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Linguistics, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in localization, linguistic services, BPO, or shared services environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong grasp of the triple constraint (scope, time, and cost)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and implement project governance frameworks, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders, with strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Background in vendor management or freelancer engagement, preferably with linguists or bilingual talent pools
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
