Position: Corporate Solutions Retail Head

Job Summary: The Corporate Solutions Retail Head supports the Cash Solutions Head in driving sales strategies, mentoring the team, and coordinating with internal units to grow business volumes and improve service delivery, while contributing to product development and market alignment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the Cash Solutions Head in developing marketing/sales strategies pertinent to the relationship group partner to generate incremental business volumes and ensure profitability
- Cascade divisional goals strategies and action plans to the team members and ensure that these are carried out.
- Focus on niche selling to corporations: multinational companies, madcap companies and vertical segments.
- Coach mentor team members to ensure consistent achievement of assigned goals and to maximize his/her potentials.
- Supervise/assist team members in working with sales partners in developing CMS prospects.
- Monitor team performance by providing regular sales performance reports and updates.
- Work closely with other units of the bank of further improve on the banks service delivery
- Provide regular customer and competitor feedback that become the bases for actual development of new product offerings or product variants.
- Conceptualize and brainstorm with product management in developing integrated and complex solutions as required by the market
- Other functions as delegated by the Cash Solutions Head.
