Respond quickly to accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies
Assess the condition of injured or ill persons
Provide basic first aid treatment (CPR, wound care, bleeding control, recovery position, etc.)
Call emergency services when necessary
Maintain first aid kits and medical supplies
Record incidents and treatments provided
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Assist with evacuation or emergency response procedures
Reassure and support injured individuals until further help arrives
Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Quick decision-making abilities
Attention to detail
Physical stamina and emotional resilience
Valid first aid certification from a recognized provider such as the Philippine Red Cross or DOLE-accredited centers.
CPR/AED training is often required
High school diploma or equivalent (varies by employer)
Previous emergency response or healthcare experience may be preferred
