The Area Manager will oversee and manage multiple store locations across Cebu, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining high service and food quality standards, and leading Store Managers toward achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B branches within Cebu
  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, including P&L, KPIs, and cost control
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and SOPs
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams
  • Oversee manpower planning, training, and succession development
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local regulations
  • Manage inventory control, minimize wastage, and coordinate with supply chain
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement corrective action plans

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Minimum of 3 years managing multiple store locations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid background in retail/F&B operations, financial management, and KPI monitoring
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel frequently across Cebu branches
  • Must be based in Cebu or willing to relocate
