Key Responsibilities
For IT / Computer Science Intern:
- Assist in sales data cleaning and consolidation (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through data).
- Support the creation of WHS Sales Performance Dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
- Work on store mapping and data visualization for regional and partner stores.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and automation.
- Maintain version control of files and proper documentation of tools and dashboards.
For Marketing Management Intern
- Support the development of WHS Monthly Newsletters (content, layout, distribution).
- Assist in gathering trade marketing materials and campaign results.
- Help organize promotional calendars, campaign tracking, and execution alignment with partners.
- Join brainstorming and alignment sessions for upcoming activations and trade initiatives.
- Provide admin and coordination support for wholesale partner meetings and workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in:
- IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics (for Data/Tech Intern)
- Marketing Management, Business, or Communications (for Marketing Intern)
- Strong attention to detail, with interest in working with either data analytics or marketing execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power BI, Canva, or Adobe is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Must be endorsed for OJT / internship hours completion by their university.
