We are looking for
fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in
Quality Assurance Engineering (QA) within the
Insurance and Banking industry. As an
Analyst, Test Engineer, you will receive structured training in
manual and test automation, while working on enterprise-grade financial systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a well-rounded Quality Engineer.
Job Requirements
- Participate in QA and Test Automation training programs
- Perform manual testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and usability of applications
- Learn and contribute to automation testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Execute and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Support the maintenance and update of test suites and automation packs as systems evolve
- Identify, log, and track software defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers to understand business and technical requirements
- Support testing activities for Insurance and Banking systems, ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards
- Contribute to test documentation such as test plans, test reports, and automation results
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required: Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Java or Python and SQL
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong willingness to learn QA tools, automation frameworks, and domain knowledge
- Basic understanding or exposure to Agile methodologies is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Exposure to:
- Software testing concepts (manual testing, defect lifecycle)
- Test automation concepts or academic projects
- Testing or defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail, qTest)
- Familiarity with Insurance or Banking systems through coursework, projects, or internships
