Pay Range: $34/Hr. to $35/Hr.

Job Description:
Evaluate end-to-end processes, roles, and technology to understand how Wealth Management Operations function today and identify opportunities where AI or automation can add value.
Facilitate working sessions with business and operations stakeholders to document current-state processes and decision flows.
Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, risk) to understand business needs and drive the adoption of AI tools to enable process improvements.
Challenge assumptions and surface inefficiencies by analyzing how work is actually performed versus how it is designed or documented.
Enable progress by aligning initiatives with AI governance requirements and risk review processes.
Support the shaping and documentation of AI opportunities, including inputs into business cases.
