What you’ll do
Market & Data Analysis
- Generate accurate , timely statistical reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Analyze travel statistics, highlighting areas of strong performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and manage travel-related datasets, ensuring accessibility and reliability for stakeholders.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Gather and monitor competitor data, including volumes, pricing, schedules, and promotions.
- Conduct market share and pricing analyses to support strategic and commercial decisions.
- Track industry and market trends that impact revenue and competitiveness.
Reporting, Planning & Collaboration
- Prepare analytical reports and communicate insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of travel budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to align insights with business needs.
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
- Bachelor's Degree
- Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science
- Professional Experience
- 2 to 4 to years work experience in Business Analytics preferably in the transport service industry
- Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Leadership Competencies
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with other units within and outside the organization
- Must have good research skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Must posses unquestionable integrity and professionalism
