We are hiring a qualified Pumpcrete Operator to support concrete pouring operations. The role requires safe and efficient operation of pumpcrete equipment in accordance with project requirements and Philippine construction safety standards.
Job Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience operating pumpcrete or similar heavy equipment
- Must have a valid Professional Drivers License (Restriction for Heavy Vehicles)
- Experience in operating pumpcrete machines is required
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Operate pumpcrete machine for concrete placement
- Set up and ensure proper positioning of equipment before operation
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and concrete mixer drivers
- Monitor concrete flow and adjust controls as needed
- Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance
- Report mechanical issues and assist in troubleshooting
- Follow all site safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Maintain daily operational logs
