Responsibilities:
- Participation in research and development (R&D) projects and project support.
- Analysis of customers’ technical requirements and ensuring compliance.
- Development and implementation of manufacturing processes and tooling concepts.
- Optimization of production line efficiency and technological solutions.
- Training of employees and support in project calculations and quotation processes.
- Taking responsibility for technologies as a local or global leader.
- Management of technical projects.
Our requirements:
- Higher technical education, preferred: mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation and robotics, electronics.
- Knowledge of modern process and production techniques, supported by min. 5 years of experience.
- Ability to properly use measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA.
- Knowledge of quality and environmental procedures: ISO 9001:2000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, QS 9000.
- Knowledge of English and Polish at a good level.
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
- Holistic thinking and understanding of value engineering / value stream.
