Your Mission
Define System RequirementsParticipate in defining and specifying system requirements for command and control applications, including operational workflows and system interfaces.
Work with software development, algorithms, and QA teams to ensure system requirements are correctly implemented.
Convert operational scenarios and user needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Assist in maintaining system roadmaps and support system upgrades, new capabilities, and product evolution.
Participate in design reviews and verification processes to ensure the system meets operational and technical requirements.
Provide engineering support during system integration, verification, and customer acceptance activities (ATP, SAT, FAT).
Prepare system specifications, operational scenarios, architecture diagrams, and interface definitions for development and testing teams
Work closely with project managers, product managers, and system engineers across international development teams.
Who you Are
Engineering BackgroundB.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and translate requirements into structured technical solutions.
Collaborative ProfessionalComfortable working in multidisciplinary and international environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\
Organized and Detail-OrientedAbility to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and system interfaces.
Tool-Savvy (Advantage) Experience working with systems engineering and Agile tools such as JIRA, DOORS, or similar platforms.
Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following domains:Command and Control (C2 / C4I) systemsDefense or security systems
Tactical communication networksReal-time operational systems
Situational awareness platformsArtillery or fire-control systems
Previous experience in military operational environments is considered a strong advantage, particularly in roles related to command and control systems, operational planning, or battlefield systems.NATO Familiarity (Strong Advantage)
Knowledge or experience working with NATO standards, doctrines, protocols, or interoperability frameworks is highly valued.
