Job Responsibilities:
About the role: You will directly participate in building and deploying real-world AI systems, including:
- Building and developing AI services for the IDP product and other AI products
- Developing and optimizing Document AI / OCR / Information Extraction models for the IDP system
- Designing and deploying AI Agent / LLM-based applications
- Building data processing pipelines (data preprocessing, training, inference, evaluation)
- Integrating AI models into production systems (API, microservices)
- Researching, evaluating, and applying new technologies (LLM, RAG, Agents, etc.) into products
- Collaborating with the Product/Backend team to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Analyzing customer feedback and continuously improving AI system performance and accuracy
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
- Proficient in Python and one of the following frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience in building and deploying AI services
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Natural Language Processing (LLMs, Transformers, embeddings, RAG)
- Computer Vision (OCR, document understanding is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of ML pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment)
- Experience in optimizing AI models or AI systems is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and proactive learning mindset
Preferred:
- Experience working with AI Agent / automation workflows
- Experience deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, or cloud platforms
- Experience with Document Processing / IDP
- Achievements in academic competitions / Olympiads (informatics, mathematics, etc.)
