College graduate (any related course preferred)
Ø At least 1year relevant experience in warehousing or inventory management
Ø Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ø Willing to work on shifting schedule
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Acts as the overall supply chain management plant representative during night shift operation.
Ø Ensures the compliance with the WMS implementation.
Ø Receiving and Inspecting - unloading incoming production output, verifying quantities, and checking for damages or defects.
Ø Storage and Organization - sorting, labeling, and placing items in designated storage areas, maintaining a neat and organized warehouse layout.
Ø Order Fulfillment - picking, packing, and preparing orders for labelling and shipment according to customer specifications, in close coordination with labeling and shipping operation re: order prioritization.
Ø Inventory Management - tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
Ø Equipment Operation - operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and another warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Ø Safety and Maintenance - maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper disposal of materials.
Ø Shipping and Delivery – prestaging of products of all outgoing shipments.
Ø Record Keeping - maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
