CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate vendor setup, timely invoice processing, and proper documentation of payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain new suppliers in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendor master data
  • Establish and update bank keys in SAP in accordance with company policies
  • Import and maintain invoice templates within SAP to support efficient processing
  • Process supplier invoices across various roles within the invoice system, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely posting
  • Update and reconcile KeyBank payment transactions as part of the accounts payable reconciliation process
  • Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox
  • Review of employee expense reports in Concur for policy compliance and proper documentation
  • Provide backup documentation for check payment requests and maintain accurate payment request logs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is strongly preferred
  • Experience using Concur for expense reporting is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
