What You'll Do
🎯 Source, screen, and recruit candidates through job portals, networking sites, referrals, and internet-based recruiting tools
📊 Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing priorities and hiring needs
📝 Submit qualified candidate profiles within defined timelines
🔍 Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
💻 Recruit for Engineering, Scientific, and IT roles across multiple experience levels
🤝 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates for current and future openings
💬 Negotiate compensation packages and finalize candidate rates/salaries
📈 Maintain recruitment databases, records, and hiring metrics
⚡ Manage multiple open requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment
👥 Work collaboratively with the team to achieve hiring goals and ensure smooth recruitment processes
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–5 years of experience in US Recruitment, preferably in an MSP (Managed Services) environment
✅ Strong understanding of Engineering, Scientific, and IT recruitment processes
✅ Hands-on experience working with W2 candidates
✅ Proficiency in sourcing techniques using job boards, social media, referrals, and internet recruiting tools
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment activities efficiently
✅ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
