Principal Responsibilities
- Conducts physico-chemical analysis on incoming raw and packaging materials.
- Prepares quality control evaluation reports and supplier complaints as needed.
- Maintains updated product specifications and approved supplier files.
- Conducts plant visits for supplier accreditation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology.
- Knowledgeable in GMP and Food Safety Management Systems.
