- Management of operational service delivery KPI's for clients -SLA
- Execute initiatives to ensure efficient Pick Up & Delivery service -Ops Dashboard
- Lead the PUD MC team across the various locations -IKO
- Execute the operational initiatives to enhance profitability -Budget
