Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record(if applicable)
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Must be good at communication and interpersonal skills needed in handling people.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed.
- With Basic knowledge in computer.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Materials Coordination
- Plan and coordinate delivery, transfer, and storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of tools and equipment to and from project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouses for deliveries and returns.
Tools & Equipment Management
- Maintain an updated inventory of all tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Implement tool issuance and return procedures at project sites.
- Schedule regular inspection, calibration, servicing, and repair of tools and equipment.
- Track tool usage, losses, damages, and replacements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, tool assignments, maintenance logs, and inventory reports.
- Prepare periodic reports on tool utilization, condition, and logistics costs.
- Ensure proper documentation for equipment handover between projects.
Cost Control & Asset Protection
- Support cost control by minimizing tool loss, misuse, and unnecessary rentals.
- Recommend repair or replacement of damaged or obsolete equipment.
- Assist in evaluating rental vs. purchase decisions for tools and equipment.
Site Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Warehouse Personnel.
- Ensure tools and equipment comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Support audits and ensure proper tagging and identification of company assets.
