You’ll build and grow strategic partnerships with key logistics clients by managing long-term relationships, expanding wallet share, and maximizing profitability. Through proactive communication, deep client engagement, and continuous improvement of contract logistics services—including warehousing, distribution, and value-added solutions— you’ll ensure high customer satisfaction while strengthening 2GO Logistics’ position as a trusted end-to-end partner.

What you'll do

  • Client Relationship and Strategy Development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Actively contribute to the development of long-term logistics strategies for key clients, aligning logistics capabilities with the client’s growth plans and supply chain goals.
  • Contract & Compliance
  • Ensure all service agreements are executed in line with contract terms.
  • Revenue Growth & Profitability
  • Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through strategic account planning, service optimization, and solution selling.
  • Monitor client P&L, identify margin improvement opportunities, and control costs related to service delivery.
  • Performance & KPI Management
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives for efficiency and service enhancement in coordination with Operations.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve client-related issues promptly.
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-impact or unresolved issues, managing client expectations and restoring service confidence quickly.
  • Business Development
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and increase wallet/business share. Ensure 2GOLI is the main supplier for Client’s 3PL requirements.
  • Support the development of customized logistics solutions based on client needs
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation
  • Lead or support the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring all operational and system requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align implementation timelines and deliverables.
  • Customer Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for clients, providing insights on agreed SLA
  • Translate operational data into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with Lean or Process Excellence teams to drive innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, and HR departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve issues effectively.
  • Contract Renewal & Negotiations
  • Prepare for contract renewals by evaluating performance, service level achievements, and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in negotiations, scope changes, and commercial discussions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client contracts—from SOW reviews to renewals and amendments—ensuring clear documentation and compliance.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks in service delivery or account profitability and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support client-specific contingency planning for operational disruptions.
  • Market & Industry Awareness
  • Stay informed of industry trends, client business changes, and competitor activity that may impact account performance or strategic direction.

You'll thrive in this role if you

Educational Background

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or with significant experience in a related field
  • Preferably post-graduate

Professional Experience

  • A MUST: with 5 years’ experience in sales and/or CONTRACT Logistics (Warehouse, Cross dock) related job

  • Oral and Written Communication Skills in both English and Filipino other languages a plus
