We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end integrations across our online casino platform.


If you have led complex iGaming integrations end-to-end and want full ownership over how a casino platform connects, scales, and goes live, this role is for you.


You will have real authority, real accountability, and direct impact on live production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration & Technical Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end integrations with game providers, aggregators, PSPs, and third-party platforms.
  • Act as the main point of contact between external partners and internal technical teams.
  • Oversee API integrations, configuration, testing phases, and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure integrations meet technical, operational, and business requirements.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Plan and manage integration timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Casino Operations, CRM, Compliance, and Payments.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple integration projects in parallel without compromising quality.

Testing, QA & Go-Live Support

  • Coordinate integration testing, UAT, and production releases.
  • Work closely with QA teams to validate stability, performance, and compliance.
  • Oversee pre-live checklists and ensure successful launches.
  • Support post-launch monitoring and issue resolution.


Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Lead onboarding projects for new B2B partners.
  • Guide partners through technical requirements and integration steps.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external providers and vendors.
  • Act as a reliable escalation point during onboarding and live operations.

Compliance, Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Ensure integrations comply with regulatory, security, and platform standards.
  • Maintain clear documentation, specifications, and handover materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and scalability.
  • Contribute to long-term technical and operational integration strategy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience in iGaming / online casino (or related fields such as payments, fintech, SaaS platforms).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, REST services, webhooks, and integration concepts.
  • Experience working with casino platforms, game providers, PSPs, wallets, bonus engines, and back-office systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Fluent English (additional languages such as Greek or Russian are a plus).
