Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning units
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues, solutions, and maintenance tips
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks on time
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
At least 12 years of experience in RAC or HVAC servicing
TESDA NC II (RAC) certification is an advantage
