We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager to lead our enterprise technology platforms and end-user services, ensuring they are secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs.

The Opportunity

This is a critical leadership role responsible for owning and managing Nanosonics’ enterprise platform landscape across cloud, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and ensure high-performing, scalable, and cost-effective platform services that support the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the enterprise platform landscape across cloud, on-prem infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing
  • Ensure platform performance—secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective services with strong availability and disaster recovery
  • Lead end-user technology including endpoint engineering, device management, and workplace experience
  • Manage service delivery through Managed Service Providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement
  • Build and lead teams, developing capability across infrastructure, network, and endpoint engineering
  • Drive governance, risk, and security compliance across all platform services
  • Act as the escalation point for major incidents, service risks, and vendor performance


What You’ll Bring

  • 5-10 years’ experience managing enterprise-scale platform environments
  • Strong expertise across:
    • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
    • On-prem infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualisation)
    • Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
    • Endpoint and device management platforms
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Experience working with hybrid delivery models (internal teams + MSPs)
  • Strong IT service management knowledge (incident, problem, change, SLA management)
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers
