About The Role
Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the electrical work on our construction projects in Binangonan Rizal. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring all electrical work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols. This is a full-time position based in Binangonan Rizal.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams on fabrication plant
- Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate activities
- Monitor and report on the progress of electrical work
- Identify and resolve any electrical issues or problems that arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the electrical work
What We're Looking For
- A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in repair and maintenance of heavy and light machines and equipment in steel fabrication plant.
- At least 6 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of electricians
- Supervisory experience must be gained in heavy industry or construction environments
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and software
