Receives the examination request forms, preparing charge slips.
Encode patients data, release x-ray, ultrasound and mammogram results.
Prepare patients for the examination and giving clear instruction prior to the procedure.
Perform general diagnostic and radiographic work.
Select and operate equipment as directed.
Perform x-ray and ultrasound examination in OR, MICU,PACU, PICU, IMCU and NICU that may need portable x-ray.
Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Attend lectures and seminars for staff development.
Attend flag ceremony, departmental meetings and hospital meetings. Maintain ethical relationship with patients and other personnel.

Experience

No prior work experienced required.
Completion of clinical intership /practicum during degree is considered sufficient.
