Graduate on any of the following courses: BS, Computer Science, BS IT, BS Computer Engineering, or any IT related courses.
Familiar with any programming languages and any database system is a plus.
With good analysis and logical thinking.
Working experience in goverment offices is an advantage.
Filipino with good communication skills and can speak english or tagalog
Willing to travel/assign anywhere in the Philippines.
