About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to support the daily execution of HR processes including leave management, attendance tracking, payroll input preparation, HR inbox management, and benefits coordination. This role ensures that all HR operational activities are completed accurately and on time, supporting payroll cycles and employee needs across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage leave and attendance records
- Prepare payroll input files (leave, attendance, adjustments)
- Manage HR shared inbox and respond to employee queries within SLA
- Categorize and route HR requests to the correct teams
- Support HR system workflows and ensure data completeness
- Coordinate HMO and benefits administration
- Support offboarding process coordination and payroll inputs
- Prepare HR operational reports (leave exceptions, attendance issues)

- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable handling data and HR systems
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Able to work in a fast-paced HR environment
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience in HR operations, HR admin
- Experience with HR systems (Zoho or similar preferred)
