A confidential financial technology organization is looking for a strategic and hands-on AI leader to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead the design, scaling, and operationalization of AI-powered solutions across customer engagement, operational efficiency, analytics, and decision intelligence.
What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise AI strategy, governance, and capability development
- Cross-functional AI enablement initiatives spanning operations, customer experience, risk, and commercial functions
- AI platform architecture including MLOps, LLMOps, automation pipelines, and scalable deployment standards
- Development of next-generation AI products and intelligent internal tools
- Executive-level reporting on AI adoption, value realization, and transformation progress
- Vendor and technology ecosystem collaboration for emerging AI capabilities
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology
- Track record delivering AI transformation at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of machine learning operations, generative AI, and cloud-based data ecosystems
- Experience in regulated environments with strong governance and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills
