Were looking for a people-oriented Employee Relations Associate whos eager to learn and help create a positive employee experience!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct employee check-ins, wellness monitoring, and engagement activities
Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases (NTE/NOD), and incident reports
Monitor attendance and support basic HR documentation
Assist in performance appraisals and HR reporting
Support contract coordination, employee movements, and HR processes

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Employee Relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and handle employee relations tasks
Organized and detail-oriented
