Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, airconditioning, and ventilation systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory
Collaborate with other technicians and departments for efficient work execution
Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
Graduate of Vocational Course or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (NC II preferred)
With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and airconditioning systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Familiar with safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment
Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when needed
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
