Tired of building backend systems that nobody understands or uses? Here, you won’t be buried under layers of abstraction or stuck maintaining lifeless APIs.

We’re looking for a .NET Engineer who wants to build scalable backend systems that power real businesses. Not just writing services—but owning them end-to-end, shaping how data flows, and making systems that actually matter.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day

Backend Development: Design, build, and ship scalable services using .NET 6+ that solve real business problems

System Design: Architect microservices and distributed systems that are reliable, maintainable, and performant

Cloud Integration: Work with Azure services (Service Bus, Storage, etc.) to build robust, event-driven systems

Data Management: Design and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient and scalable data handling

Full Lifecycle Ownership: Participate in everything from system design to deployment and monitoring

Performance & Reliability: Ensure systems are fast, resilient, and ready to scale as the company grows

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver complete features

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using modern development practices

🧠What We Need From You

Essential:

• Proven experience: 3–6 years building backend systems that are used in production
• .NET expertise: Strong experience with C# and .NET 6 or later
• Distributed systems: Experience building microservices or event-driven architectures
• Database knowledge: Hands-on experience with SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• Cloud experience: Familiarity with Azure services like Service Bus, Storage, and related components
• Architecture fundamentals: Solid understanding of software design principles and system design
• DevOps exposure: Experience with build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Problem-solving mindset: Strong debugging and analytical skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing event-driven systems at scale
• Familiarity with fintech or business automation platforms
• Experience working in startup environments
• Interest in frontend or full-stack development
• Experience improving performance and scaling systems under load
