Job Description

Manage and coordinate all clinic operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline clinic workflows and improve patient experience
Oversee the financial management of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost-control measures
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and positive health outcomes
Manage and develop a team of administrative and clinical staff, providing mentorship and training as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, medical partners, and other stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic operations role
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, best practices, and patient care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders
Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and the use of relevant healthcare software and technologies
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
