The HR Compensation and Benefits will manage the handling of government remittances for taxes and contributions, assisting employees with benefits inquiries, and supporting the performance evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Assists in computation of attendance and deductions.
- Processes government remittances, reports and ensure compliance
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
- Keep HR and payroll records accurate and confidential
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes
- Prepare payroll, attendance, and benefits reports
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by manager from time to time or as prescribed by approved policy or guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related courses; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good understanding of Philippine Labor Code is an advantage
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy
- Can start ASAP
