Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects related to loan processing systems, financing operations, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and Operations) to gather requirements and track project progress.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project charters, work plans, schedules, and reports.
Monitor project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure tasks are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation of issues and coordination for resolution.
Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items with concerned departments or vendors.
Assist in developing and mapping business processes for system enhancement or automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance of project activities with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements for financing institutions.
Provide support in preparing management presentations, progress dashboards, and project summaries.
Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Atleast 1 year of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or project management, preferably in a financing, lending, banking, or fintech environment.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Familiar with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile/Scrum Foundation) is an advantage.
