🚀 What You’ll Do
As a key member of the team, you will maintain, support, and optimize BI and API platforms in a fast-paced environment:
- Oversee and support BI Applications and API Management systems to ensure operational stability
- Monitor incidents and manage issue resolution end-to-end, coordinating across teams and updating stakeholders
- Perform deep SQL analysis, tracing and validating data flows across multiple systems
- Handle Level 3 support for complex production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate effectively with end users via ticketing systems, email, and calls
- Participate in critical incident handling (crisis calls) for high business impact scenarios
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and system reliability
- Develop L1/L2 support procedures and deliver knowledge transfer and training
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation

You will work across a diverse and global BI ecosystem, including:
- BI Platforms: SQL Server, QlikView/Qlik Sense, SAP BO
- Data & Cloud: Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS
- API & Integration: Apigee, Talend
- Analytics & Reporting: SSAS, SSIS, SSMS, ElasticSearch, Amazon S3
Supporting domains include:
- Finance reporting systems
- Manufacturing and production reporting
- Enterprise API integrations across regions (EMEA, AMERA, EU)
- Order tracking, ticketing analytics, and monitoring systems

- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Solid background in SQL and data analysis across systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- BI tools (SAP BO, Qlik, Databricks, Azure Data Factory)
- APIs and integration platforms (Apigee, AWS)
- Traditional BI stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSMS)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured support processes
- Good understanding of applications, operating systems, and data flows
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
