Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Head of Global ISC Operational Excellence.
Role Summary
The Head of Global ISC Operational Excellence leads the global ISC Excellence (ISCE) Program to strengthen manufacturing and logistics fundamentals across countries. The role owns ISCE standards, maturity assessment (Step 1–5), and capability uplift, with strong focus on operational discipline, maintenance systems, and asset care.
This is a global enabling role that works with country teams to improve performance, safety, quality, and reliability. The role does not manage country operations directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern the ISC Excellence (ISCE) framework for Manufacturing & Logistics
- Define and maintain ISCE maturity standards (Step 1–5)
- Set global standards for:
- Maintenance systems and discipline
- Asset care and reliability practices
- Manufacturing and logistics operational fundamentals
- Oversee ISCE training and maturity assessments
- Translate assessment results into prioritized improvement roadmaps
- Coach country Manufacturing and Logistics leaders on ISCE execution
- Support low-maturity or high-risk sites through focused interventions
- Work closely with Manufacturing Process Excellence, Quality, Safety, Sustainability, and Engineering teams
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing operations, engineering, or operational excellence
- Experience implementing ISCE or similar operational excellence systems
- Strong exposure to maintenance systems and operational discipline
- Experience working with low- to mid-maturity manufacturing environments
- FMCG / food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a lean global organization
