Develop, maintain, and update a pricing database for the laboratory team
Coordinate with suppliers for discount and special pricing requests
Ensure price offers are within acceptable margins
Point-of-contact (POC) of sales and bidding team for pricing requirement
Gather and share competitor information focusing on pricing, marketing, and sales strategy.
Monitor KPIs and periodically share the status with the sales and management team (e.g. sales performance vs. target/ growth, new product sale)
Monitor inventory status and track order cancellation
Support sales forecasting process
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in science-related courses.
Experience Level: 3-5 years in sales support roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong sales support, good communication, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
