Makes and confirms flight reservations for passengers on scheduled airline services.
Arrange travel itineraries and reservations for customers and sub-agents using various Computer Reservations Systems (CRS) / Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, Cebu Pacific Sky Partner, AirAsia, Jetstar, and AirSWIFT.
Checks flight availability and pricing in real-time using online reservation systems and confirms bookings accordingly.
Sends quotations, fare conditions, and flight restrictions to clients, ensuring compliance with airline deadlines.
Verifies the validity of travel documents such as passports and visas.
Assess visa and transit visa requirements based on passenger itinerary and nationality.
Notifies clients or sub-agents of any changes, confirmations, or cancellations in flight schedules.
Coordinates with airlines, travel insurance providers, and foreign tour operators to obtain quotes and support for client requirements.
Compiles and records information necessary for the issuance of airline tickets, either for delivery or electronic transmission to passengers.
Encodes and decodes data in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) to confirm details such as destination, carrier, flight number, seat class, and stopovers.
Documents completed transactions and files supporting documents, including Travel Orders (TO) and Payment Requisition Forms (PRF), for review and approval.
Consistently follows up on assigned client queries to ensure timely resolution and achievement of closure targets.
Prepares and submits a Daily Accomplishment Report at the end of each workday.
Graduate of BS Tourism or any related courses
At least 3 years related experience gained from a travel agency
Good Command of Domestic and International Geography
Very good communications skills (verbal & written)
Excellent customer service capabilities
Preferably residing in Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque or willing to relocate
