• Extract customer information, analyze and interpret data, prepare statistically sound reports, and draw conclusions for management review.
• Generates reports and ROI analysis as requested for all programs, direct marketing and events and promotions
Requirements
• At least College level
• 1 year in market study and data analysis
• Exposure to SQL, PowerBI,SAS
• Strong measurement and analysis skills
• Ability to use customer data to generate analytical insights.
• Technical skills to clean, transform, merge and filter data from a variety of data sources.
• Proven priotization and planning skills
