Major Responsibilities
- Conduct the fieldwork (site inspections, data gathering, market assessment and other
pertinent activities) for the different consultancy projects
- Assist in the preparation of the reports of the different consultancy projects
- Assist in the preparation of the presentation materials for the client presentations of
the different consultancy projects
- Coordinate with the Consultancy Manager, Associate Director, Director for sourcing
of pertinent information from the different business lines of Santos Knight Frank that
can be used in the consultancy projects.
- Ensure the proper liquidation of cash advances for the consultancy projects assigned
to him/her
