We’re looking for an experienced Backend leader to combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced, agile and highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a Backend development team, providing technical guidance and professional growth to developers
- Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices-based architectures
- Take part in architectural and technology decisions, including frameworks, tools and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Frontend teams, architects, business stakeholders and system analysts
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, code reviews and engineering standards
- Work in a modern engineering environment using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Backend development experience with Java & Spring Boot in complex systems
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong experience with Microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka / ActiveMQ)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, Git and Jenkins
- Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
